Long story short, my husband’s immigration case has gone on for 2 years now, a process the lawyer said would take 3-4 months. I have evidence showing the lack of ambition to get the case processed. I paid and signed for documents to be submitted to USCIS in May 2020, the lawyer signed September 2020 and that same day USCIS received them. His assistant would never return calls or answer messages, until I said I would be getting a second opinion from a different law firm, that’s when I finally heard from the lawyer himself. And the only 2 times I’ve ever seen the actual lawyer was when I paid the first payment and today when I went down to the office for a copy of all my paperwork which they wanted to charge for every single paper. And I get it you are a business, but you would think at least notify the client before not just tell them “oh yes we will have all the paperwork ready for you”. I don’t want to even get into the details of how “respectful” he is. Yelling at me in the lobby because I’m upset and letting him know facts about our case. If you, as a lawyer couldn’t handle the case or don’t know how to process immigration request, then you would think let me refer you to a friend or let me seek help from someone who does know. I regret hiring this law firm and wasting 2 years of our lives. WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!
