I choose this law firm because it's great reviews for windstorm damage. Fortunately, I did not have that luck with this law firm. It's very difficult to get in contact with the person you're dealing with, I sent emails most of the time, they do not respond back, I call and I get to run around even when I ask for particular person. I received a call back in August that they had agreed on a settlement when it was time to sign the documents it was totally different amount still waiting.

Jason Palker decided to not respond regarding an insurance claims for months. His staff said they had no information to give as nothing has been done in months. Messages were left but Jason ignored them. We waited for months to get a call back, even reminded him several times that we needed to speak to him. Lots of people working there were quitting, attorneys, staff as every call was a new person answering. No one in the entire firm could give us an update of any kind for 3 months. That is a long time for Jason and his attorneys to refused to call or email. How long should someone wait for a response. Ultimately he was fired.
