Mr. Guajardo and his staff put forth the utmost effort to help me out after I was in a car accident. They were attentive, responsive and fully engaged in the handling of my case. Although this was my first car accident and first time using an attorney, Mr. Guajardo and his staff made the whole experience calming and not seem so daunting. They were able to resolve my claim with a settlement that has left me fully satisfied.

Mr. Raul Guajardo and his team/staff are very informative and caring. They were always so involve in making sure you understood every step of the way and explained in detail so you won't be left in the dark. At times it did feel like nothing was happening but as I was not prepare, these things do take time and patience. I felt like Ms. Melba was his right hand so while he is busy she was always took the time to reassure and answer any concerns. She is a sweetheart and very kind with a gentle tone. I would like to thank Daniela, I know I would call a lot with tons of questions. She is always so professional, and calm over the phone. She was very kind in making sure she would rely the message to Mr. Guajardo. Now overall, Mr. Guajardo would do what was promised and he dedicated his time to try his best and beyond to make sure his client was taken care of/ satisfied. In my experience, it was very organized. This was actually my very 1st time hiring a attorney for any situation and he was recommend by a family friend as I was lost and never needed a attorney. So again I had no experience in how long it could take or overall what the process would be like. I would say that this was an excellent experience for me and opened my eyes as nothing is easy as 1 2 3. My case did take a while but I can not complain because Mr. Guajardo and his team fought for me and I am so forever grateful that they grabbed my hand and helped me through this. So I would most definitely recommend Mr. Raul Guajardo to represent you. Another tip would be keep a record of everything for yourself incase it can be used.

I was involved in a hit and run and my insurance company denied my claim. I don't know how they did it but they got me a settlement . It did not take that long and they were very professional and caring. The staff is great.
