After our accident Mr. Chapa helped us through every step of the process to help us seek medical attention for our injuries and reimbursement for damages to our car. It would have been too complicated of a matter to handle on our own. Because of many factors beyond our control, our case took 5 years to settle, and he was there the entire way, always helpful to answer any questions we had and continued to pursue settlement even when things stalled. We were able to receive satisfactory compensation. I highly recommend their practice!

Mr. Chapa was really professional throughout our case, which lasted 5 years due to several external delays, the other insurance not cooperating and COVID related delays. He kept us informed at all times of the progression of our case. The end result was favorable, medical providers got paid and we got compensated. Highly recommend!!

I wish my friend had read these reviews before he hired him. Just like most of the other reviews, once he gets paid, he forgets all about you. Before he got paid, he would answer every text, phone call, question, etc my friend had. As soon as he was paid, in full I might add, that all stopped. He ignored every phone, every text, and like the others, he always had excuses. His secretary would also ignore phone calls. After a couple of weeks of this going on, I told my friend to use my phone to call his office, & what do you know, his secretary answers. That can't be a coincidence. My friend had a court date he wasn't even aware of. Mr. Jimenez never told him about it and he didn't show up either. I don't know how he gets away with this, and I wish I had read these reviews beforehand, but I hope my review helps others. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN.
