I contacted Attorney Morales regarding a free consultation to see what my options were to handle my (at the time) active warrant. He patiently listened to my entire story and quickly provided the best course of action to dismiss the warrant during the free consultation. I immediately retained him as my criminal defense attorney. Two weeks after my free consultation, I received a copy of the motion to dismiss my warrant ALREADY signed by the judge. After my warrant was dismissed, we discussed expungement so I requested an invoice for expungement then paid it as swiftly as possible. My wife and I hired Mr Morales, for an accident that occurred in El Paso. We felt that the accident needed an attorney to advise us of TX laws since we are from FL and received a ticket from the El Paso PD. knowing it was wrong and the Insurance company is trying to collet our deductible since the EL Paso Police will not cancel the ticket. .
