I was extremely stressed someone was trying to take advantage of a situation that I cannot go into detail about . Mr. López and his team helped me resolve it. The pandemic made circumstances even worse and it took longer to find a resolution , I would always call to ask questions and not once did he or his team fail to call me back. Mr. López explained the process clearly to me where I could understand. I felt very comfortable when I would go to his office , his entire team is friendly and attentive to their clients.
