Matthew Kozik is hands down the best lawyer I’ve ever dealt with. He is professional and will fight for what is right for his client. He won’t take the easy way out like most lawyers in this area do… by talking his client into accepting a plea deal. He isn’t afraid to challenge the prosecuting attorney and will fight for his client till the very end. If you’re in the West Texas area and want the best lawyer around, then hire Matthew Kozik. I had a few questions about a letter I had received . I called on a Saturday , he answered right away, and was so helpful and very knowledgeable about everything I ask. Was very professional , direct and didn’t beat around the bush , which I really appreciated and am thankful for . Was eager to help , without just the incentive of money (which some lawyers demand upfront before you even know anything about what’s going on) . I would highly recommend them to anyone that asks !!
