Mr. Ortega is a top professional dedicated to providing unmatched service. He is very direct and gives you the facts without trying to tie you in for more than what is truly needed (trust me, I'm a CPA and know how it goes with lawyers and accountants!). If you need any type of estate/probate services in the EP area, Mr. Ortega is the best.

We used Tracy for our daughters adoption. This went slow but felt the pandemic played a big role in that. Contacted her to help with a name change. Had a consult appointment yesterday. I took the day off, drove down to the office arrived 15 minutes early, checked in. 5 minutes after my appointment was scheduled for I got a call saying that it was a phone consult not an in person visit appointment and that Tracy would call me soon. Its now been 29 hours later and no phone call. Its not the pandemic its poor office practices. She doesnt value her clients time.
