I would without a doubt recommend Steve Ortega! I had questions on what to do after my grandfather and grandmother passed away. Consultation was scheduled right away and Steve even called me before my appointment to get a little more info before coming in. Completely professional and really cared in the best interest of our family. Completely honest and definitely the best price we could have imagined. Got everything done at first consultation. His assistant Anna was really nice,friendly and professional. Overall completely satisfied with the service and will be using him again if these services are ever needed in the future. Thank you Steve for making this process comfortable and simple for us.

He and his staff were readily accessible. We exchanged many phone calls, emails, texts and had several in person meetings. Mr. Flores will be a strong advocate for your position, but he will not take on work that has a false narrative. In fact, he defended me successfully against several false allegations by the other party. He did not fill me with false hope but always presented me with a reasonable range of outcomes for my case. I'm happy to say that my case ended positively. Everyday is filled with the blessing of watching and guiding my child into maturity. Mr. Flores is an excellent attorney.

I would think twice about hiring this Lawyer, hired him to help my son. He dropped the ball on several occasions as well as the staff. He told us a certain amount of money would cover the case and then asked for more money. He doesn't return phone calls, staff forgets to give messages and never kept anyone informed about what was going on with the case. I called the office the secretary who answered did not know what was going on with the case, she stumbled over her words and said the attorney would know. I asked how they communicate with clients and she said email, there is no follow up to make sure that the client has the information and that is key to keeping your clients in the loop and happy.

If you folks need a lawyer I would say save your money and hire someone better, this guy never gets back to you, is never prepared and does not take responsibility if I was you I would hire someone else, If it was at all possible, I would give him no stars!!!! I would also go to xochitl.Ambriz She is my new attorney and is much better than Claudio Flores

This is a warning for anyone going through a unhealthy divorce. Do not come here and hire this man. He will not fight for you and is only in it for the money. He does less than the bare minimum!
