💔😭 Pple seriously learn to read reviews n ask around I regret it with all my heart hiring Claudio Flores. I opened a case with him cuz I thought he was good since I was referred n he did move fast however he just swept me off the counter like I was NOTHING since then I haven't received the child support my son needs to be receiving for the rest of his life. I'm under housing I only receive SSI all the help was removed just because my son turned 18. My Son's SPEDs kid IN a WHEELCHAIR. Even the $20 I'd received for child support was at least a freakn help to at least buy beans n to make huevos con chorizo for the rest of the week. What I don't understand is why do lawyers became lawyers if they don't care about their customers? I paid till the last penny so he can throw me like trash. It's been almost 2 yrs n till this day I can't even get info in my case OF Childsupport n it's been affecting me in every way not just no receiving child support but I can't make my rent go lower because of Claudio the paperwork I need. I literally need their help I've asked nicely no calls returned no paperwork no nothing but NANCY uuuu good with her messed up attitude n not returning calls. All I know is I may be poor but I have a mouth n if I don't get what I paid for you will hear me out n I will go big because I'm the type that doesn't rest especially when it comes to my boy!!! I'm already moving... however the bad reviews that you see HERE DONT IGNORE them even if he's referred to a family member. I say it if not I wouldn't be here. It took me this long for a million reasons. No wonder i was told to get lawyers out of El paso.

My husband and I went to Mr. Ortega to update our wills. He saw us promptly and in ten minutes flat told us we probably didn’t need to change anything (unless we wanted to). He also provided us with extra documents related to some previous business we’d done with him just case in we needed it. I highly recommend Mr. Ortega.

I highly recommend Mr. Ortega, he was amazing! He gave my mom all detailed information about the questions she had on a living will and trust. He took his time and explained it all in Spanish and in simple terms to understand. I will be returning to him for other legal matters. Parking is accessible and right in front of the office! He is highly knowledgeable, kind, and very reasonable!
