Very unsatisfied with service, we went to court and he just sat there the only thing he said in court was if he could have the defendant pay the attorney fees.

I've been battling with custody for my son and have gone through other lawyers whom I've had to pay the same amount and I wouldn't get the outcome I've wanted. I went with Mr. Florez and my son is now with me. I couldn't be more grateful. I've read the bad reviews about him and they are mistaken. Some say he's in it for the money and doesn't care, let me tell you something. My son was being mistreated, and for years couldn't get the help i needed till Mr. Flores help me. Steve and his assistant Ana are extremely kind and professional. Steve not only cares for his clients but his prices are the best in town! He helped my mother with an estate, a divorce and a will. I have nothing but positve things to say about him. I recommend him 100%!! Definitely trustworthy and reliable! Thank you Steve for your exceptional services!

2nd Review (11/29/18): Steve and his assistant, Ana, have been a godsend. They helped our family overcome many obstacles and hurdles when it came to settling our mother's estate. Ana took time out of her day to notarize six different signatures on documents prepared by another lawyer. Family members were able to walk in at different times and days to sign. Otherwise, it would have been a nightmare trying to get everyone to sign at one time. If I ever need legal services again, I will be contracting with Steve Ortega. He is fair, quick and understands the dynamics of a family. I highly recommend Steve Ortega for your lawyer. 1st Review(Jan2018): I would definitely recommend Steve as your lawyer of choice. Mr. Steve Ortega helped my family with power of attorney. He was very patient and polite to my dad & mom. My dad and mom speak spanish. Mr. Ortega explained everything slowly so they could understand. He is very professional and polite. He is very reasonable with his prices too. He worked very hard to get me the power of attorney. I needed the POA quickly and he had prepared it for me in 24 hours. He walked me to the El Paso county court house himself to file other paper work. I will return to get other paper work that I need for my spouse. I will gladly recommend his services to family and friends.

I visited with Steve Ortega this morning regarding the probate process because my mom recently passed away. This is all very new to me and he took the time to explain the probate process as well as give different options to ensure a smooth process for my sisters and me. The staff I encountered while there were all very kind and welcoming. I left there with the information I needed to make informed decisions.

If it wasn’t for him and he’s expertise with family law I would of lost my daughters and my rights as a parent. He goes straight to the point and will intimidate the plaintiff if you work with him providing the best evidence which I did.
