I had been a client of Susan Forbes for over a year. I had a simple question that needed to be answered reference a special warranty deed. I contacted her office at least 7 time by telephone and once by email. Leaving messages for via her ataff. Started calling on October 29th. No response no call back. Unprofessional. I would not recommend her and will never do business with her or her law office.

Susan Forbes is fantastic. She truly has made everything so easy for our family during hard times. She is very trustworthy and honest. Her staff is always helpful. I am so glad I chose her to represent my family and I.

When they say death brings out the worst in people I never believed it till now .Having to deal with the loss of my father and all that goes with it. Susan Forbes was and is a very amazing person and probate attorney. She represents me, the independent executor of my fathers estate. She doesn't represent the estate itself but me personally as the independent executor. Susan Forbes in no way closed the estate nor did she cancel compliance court. Only the court can cancel compliance court once all legal documents are submitted to the court by their due date. we have met all court required deadlines. She has been in communication through the entire legal process. She has been slandered repeatedly by my sister via email and now through this review. The judge told my sister, Allene Helmick, when she was at the court hearing, that Susan Forbes does not represent her and that she was more than welcome to hire an attorney for herself. Allene was notified by myself when court was which is why she was at the original court date. Which has been the only court hearing to date. Susan Forbes is exactly the type of lawyer any client would be pleased to represent them in court. She takes the burden of family drama and continues to be classy and professional. Thank you Susan Forbes it has been a pleasure doing business with you.

I have had a horrible experience with Susan Forbes whom represents the Estate of my father ; however she has only represented my brother heir of the estate. Susan Forbes has not done her due diligence in compliing with the court to fully disclose or disclose to me what is going on with the estate and how everything is being separated. Susan Forbes went behind my back before the compliance hearing and had the case closed out with the probate court. Susan Forbes neither contacted me about the cancellation and nor did she allow me to stand before the judge to agree or disagree with the handling of the estate. The would have found out the executor was not in compliance and not fit to be the executor to the theft he committed with taking my silver set which had been gifted to me by my mother in 2004. I had documents to show the judge concerning another item my brother was trying to place in the estate which I did not get to hand to the judge nor my son to verify the notarized statements were the truth. For Susan Forbes is suppose to be the attorney of my father's estate., not the attorney of my brother concerning the estate. Full disclosure should have been made to me concerning the estate. I give Susan Forbes a negative 10 , dishonest, unprofessional and non-compliant in the handling of my father's affairs. Susan Forbes has treated me with disrespect. I would not recommend her at all.

Hard to find a good attorney, look here and you will be satisfied

All I can say is, "your money will be well spent if you hire this law firm to represent you. Mr. and Mrs. Forbes are excellent representations of what attorney's should be and I couldn't praise them enough for all their hard work."
