I was stopped at the Sierra Blanca checkpoint an the dogs went crazy because my friend fro California bought edibles that were in the car. We both were arrested with second degree felonies. He was able to get my charges dismissed an I was able to keep a clear record. I am forever grateful for his expertise.

I was arrested at the Sierra Blanca checkpoint. A dog sniffed my car and found marijuana flower, a few edibles and a THC oil pen (the latter two resulted in felony charges). Mr. Foster was confident about reducing the felony to a misdemeanor, but he actually ended up getting all of the charges dismissed. Thanks to Mr. Foster I still have a promising career to look forward to.

Mr. Scott Foster is the man lawyer of the year as far as I'm concerned. I was spiked by the hounds at Serria Blanca federal check point for possession of marijuana, including edibles and concentrates. I'm a residence of Washington state. I have had a medical marijuana card for three years and have never been in trouble with the law much less ever been in court. I was a brand new nurse working at the Sierra Blanca prison, in 2013, ( I live in el paso tx). I was driving through theSierra Blanca border patrol check point every morning, on my way to work n got pulled over for a tiny bag with weed residue. I don't even smoke weed! One of my kids dropped it in my car! I faced losing my brand new nursing license, but Scott foster got my charges dropped! He is very kind, knowledgeable, reasonable fee, kept his word. Oh my goodness! I struggle with really bad anxiety and Mr. Scott Foster was so knowledgable, patient, and as kind as can be! He made sure I knew what my options were and walked me through the entire process before my hearing. He picked me up for court and dropped me off after. He was able to reduce 3 felony charges to a misdemeanor, which meant no jail time or probation! I would definitely recommend anyone to him.
