The best lawyers by a long shot, Knowledgeable and understanding

The paralegal (D. Hernandez) working on my son's case was always so helpful and attentive and never missed answering my calls or emails! She worked tirelessly and diligently until my son's case was finally dismissed. I would not hesitate to use this firm again!

I had an appointment for a consultation with them. When I first called, they were aware it was for a class c misdemeanor when setting the appointment. However they called me a day before the appointment and said they wouldn't be able to work with me cause they don't handle class c misdemeanor which is odd they didn't tell me that when first setting the appointment. My case is a bit complicated as I am being accused of something I didn't do and don't want anything on my record. In my opinion after the receptions had answer the phone and told the lawyer about my case they must have decided it was too complicated and not worth to work with me. They did refer me to someone else which is the only reason I won't give them a one star! FOR ANYONE WANTING TO HIRE THEM JUST KNOW THEY DONT DO CLASS C MISDEMEANOR, apparently... Edit: (10/28/2023) This is a response to the owner that stays up past 11p.m. on a Saturday night replying to a review that doesn't suit their image. I was reached out a day before our appointment which I would definitely not call promptly. The person on the phone definitely implied they couldn't help me with my class c misdemeanor because they dont take those type of cases (maybe train your staff better). And the person I was referred to by this firm has retired; which I am glad they replied as I can now change the review from 2 stars to 1 star. I first reached out to this firm over the phone because this was one of the listing that popped on Google maps. If I reached out recently it was a mistake as I've reached out to other firms via their websites. I would have not, knowingly, reached out to an incompetent firm after my first experience.

I can speak on a lot of businesses in El Paso and say they are terrible. I cannot say the same for Mr. Benjamin here. I was facing aggravated assault with deadly weapon charges against public servant (2counts) , Evading arrest by car and by foot making up for 3 felonies, and 1 misdemeanor. Let’s just say I’m a free man with all charges dismissed. The staff was very friendly whenever I came to the office. Mr. Benjamin will never lie to you and is very straightforward and to the point.
