No se cuanto les pagan por dejar buenas reseñas, o si a mi me toco mala suerte, pero mi experiencia con esta oficina ha sido pesima, desde el primer dia que casi no podia caminar y estabamos en la sala de juntas y como la necesitaban, nos movimos a una mesa ya casi a la salida del buffet, el que la asistente que me atendio inicialmente dijera que "compraba" a las recepcionistas de mi doctor, enviandoles donas y cafe para que ellas enviaran los documentos que necesitaba. La recepcionista que no solo tiene cara de bulldog, sino que se comporta como tal... porque se da el lujo de discutir con el cliente y de decirle a uno que no debe pensar mal, de la oficina o de los abogados, cuando uno es adulto y aparte de tener libertad de expresion, tiene uno derecho de tener una mala opinion si tanto Juliana como Melissa, que estan encargadas del caso, no mantienen una buena comunicación con uno y a pesar de que hay una cantidad ya ofrecida, no son capaces de cerrar el caso, que es lo que deseo, porque no tengo ni tiempo, ni ganas de postergar mas el caso. Creo sinceramente que las opiniones anteriores son pagadas o fueron personas que tuvieron muy buena suerte y con ellas si hicieron un trabajo profesional, ese no es mi caso.

Daniela and her team are heros in my book! I'm so grateful that I met them and that they took me and my case on a few years ago. I was in deep need of direction and support and they all made me feel heard and seen. I went through several other offices in El Paso and Daniela's office was the first to respond and listen to me.
