I was in an auto accident a few years back and I wasn’t from the area of El Paso. I looked up attorneys to help me with my case and I found Ruben Ortiz at first. He was a complete failure but I’m grateful as it led me to find Ms. Labinoti’s law firm. I met with Lily Chavez and spent a couple of hours talking about my case. She was very respectful, kind, knowledgeable and assured me that everything was going to be ok and that the team would represent me in the best way possible. They always communicated with me and answered every question I had. I’m currently overseas and I wasn’t worried about the case because I knew it was in good hands with these professionals that actually care about their clients situations and well being. I’m happy to say that we settled the case and I’m very happy with the results in the end. I’m truly grateful to Ms. Labinoti, Lily Chavez and her staff. They were always kind to me and made sure that I was informed every step of the process. I wish Ms. Labinoti and her staff continued success and thank them from the bottom of my heart for all they have done!
