He's a good lawyer, Who's kind of quick.

Just saw a Wyatt & Underwood commercial and received an immediate negative first impression. Making a positive first impression in front of a judge and jury is key. Wyatt & Underwood obvious errors! Error 1 – all-girl, harem-like staff gives an impression of sexism, not fair legal service. Error 2 - Negative client ratings appear on this and other websites. How many clients do you "ignore". I would not trust my life with a law firm that clearly does not understand this.

I went to Justin Underwood after i had seen 2 lawyers in El Paso for the same problem. I spoke with his assistant and then Mr. Underwood. He said he needed 1000.00 down and 1500.00 more if it went to court. Approximately 2 hours after I met with him his assistant called and said the charges had been dropped but I needed to come in Monday and pay him. Mr. Underwood had also told me I would regain my right to own a gun for personal protection. I went in and paid 1500.00? I found out a few weeks later since i had a bogus restraining order i could not buy a gun. My ex who practises witchcraft had filed the restraining order when she set me up to be arrested stole everything I had used my sons check for 6 years at 1100.00 a month For 6 years and gave him nothing. The first 5 years we were divorced she harrassed me on a daily basis and the El Paso West Side police station would not and still will not do anything about it. When my son turned 18 his SS check under me ended and she kicked he and my daughter out. I addressed Mr. Underwood in person and he said he had a set rate? Strange he never told me. He also said since the restraining order was no longer in effect just dont put it on the form? Really? Long winded but just be sure you know the cost in full before you hire an attorney.

This man is an absolute BEAST in court !! He walks in an and gets things done his way. He is a thug in a suit. Any case you need dismissed he's the one to call with reasonable prices and payment plans!

Had the worst experiences with Ryan!!!! Very unprofessional paralegal I've ever met!!! To top it off they closed my case when I asked to speak to my attorney and she didn't even called me back. Sent multiple emails and calls to let them know I was not satisfied with service... but seems like they didn't care

Hello my name Viane Martinez I have worked very little with Mr. Derek WYATT I did not have a court opponent the day of my court. I literally had five minutes COURT WAS OVER he came out of a courtroom across from mine not knowing me and decided to help me within three minutes. He’s my miracle. I was praying to the Lord God you’re my love you’re MY ATTORNEY GOD WALK BY FAITH NOT BY SIGHT I WAS FAITHFUL EVERYTHING AND EVRYONE WOULD LOOK AT MYLOST EYES BUT MY HANDS IN PRAYER FORM I KNEW THERE WAS A MIRACLE WAS ON ITS WAY HE WILL NEVER FORSAKE ME OR ANYBODY I FELT THE HOLY SPIRIT WITHIN 4 min mind u I hadn’t or he hadn’t seen me in years 2015 got 5 minutes with him I’n his office he didn’t know who or what I wanted AND WHEREVER I CAME FROM HE ASKED WHAT I NEEDED WHAT WAS THE REASON Y ME AND MY HUSBAND OF 21 years stopped him abruptly I told him what was more or less what my heart gave me wordsto know what to say without hesitation he went back to speak to DA I WAS IN AWW GOD PLACED IT IN HIS HEARTI❤️🙏WHEN DOES A LAWYER OF HIS QUALITY EVEN TURN TO LOOK AT ANYONE AND HELP …😥GOD OR ANYONE WHO has their own beliefs CALLS IT HIGHER POWER LUCK IM BLESSED KNOWING MY GOD PUT IT IN HIS HEART AND MY FAITH WALK BU FAITH NOT BY SIGHT HE IS NOW MY LAWYER HE Works with me and my payments aren’t over the roof they work with u and staff very sweet and helpful so Wyatt is not just all about money what I saw was a man with a heart of gold and A. Attorney Maria Elena Grasheim is amazing and knowledgeable. She's a beast! She was my attorney for my divorce and she made sure that justice was served.
