As a single Dad I knew I had an uphill battle to gain primary custody of my son. But thanks to Mr. Yanez I was ultimately awarded full custody. His knowledge of the law and ability to use it to our advantage turned the whole case around. I was very fortunate and grateful I had Mr. Yanez in my corner.

Mr Yanez was very professional and direct in helping me with my divorce and custody case. My case was transferred to Mr. Yanez who was never available for an appointment. The one time I finally was made an appointment, his staff googled my place of work, called to say it was an "emergency" which I stepped away from work to find out that they called 1 hour prior to my appointment to cancel. After 2-3 months of his staff saying he was on vacation and could not reschedule, I finally had to search for a new lawyer. We really wanted to have Mr. Yanez take on our case as we heard great things from our previous lawyer, but as soon as I wrote this review, Mr. Yanez emailed me and threatened to file a libel lawsuit against my husband and I if we did not delete this review of our experience. Very disappointed that a lawyer would abuse his profession. I would advise to be careful if you decide to use his services.
