I had the pleasure of hiring The Matthew James recently. Among the many options available to me, they clearly stood out. His peers and people from the courts highly recommended Mr. Kozik. He is not some smooth, fast talking salesman type. He speaks in everyday layman terms. Never will he take any step in your case if you do not understand what is happening. I hired Theresa Caballero to defend my son who is mentally retarded and was unable to understand the process he was in. Miss Caballero is a straight forward attorney with lots of experience that explains your loved one’s situation to the court and defends them with all her energy.
