Attorney Kozik understood this and after gathering all evidence he communicated with me in a very clear & concise manner the discrepancies the state of Texas was providing & that he would fight for me & not accept a plea bargain that was being presented. Mr.Kozik and his team were some of the most amazing people to work with. They were so knowledgeable about the whole court process. Him and his team know how to handle things and that is very comforting because I had to hire his team after my state defender dropped the ball on any communication with me. Mr. Kozik demonstrated knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency throughout my case, and ultimately, his care and concern for fairness got my case dismissed due to lack of evidence. Additionally, the paralegal handling my case was incredibly helpful—always patient, and communicated everything to me right away. When my case was dismissed, he called me personally to inform me and to make sure I had a copy of the signed order, of which his staff already sent to me. They were so on top of it. I couldn't be happier with the service I received, and for the help he and his office offered to me during a stressful time.

Nothing but great things to say about Mr. Kozik! He is a very knowledgeable attorney, he represented my husband and the outcome was great! We are out of the Midland and Odessa area and no attorney in our area would give me the positive hope Mr. Kozik gave me. He would answer any questions my husband or I would have and was also very understanding.
