lousy lawyer! lazy, late in court appointments, did not show up! etc. In the end, she and my lawyer had the judge tired! that the judge had to sign my final divorce I really do not recommend it.!!! and I'm surprised some put 5 stars on it!!

Erica is a great lawyer! She is very knowledgeable and explained things to me in a way I could understand. She listened to my concerns, wants and needs.. while putting everything I asked for into the right lawful terminology. She also added provisions I wouldn't have thought of to benefit and protect myself and my kids. She was very patient and of course verified everything with me before sending anything off to the court offices She has great relationships with the judges as well as other lawyers, which seemed to make the processes go very smoothly. Michele Smith was hired to represent us in a nasty child custody case where the mother had placed the children in harms way by driving with them in the car while under the influence of drugs and alcohol. She had been physically and emotionally abusive to them. By the grace of God, Ms. Smith told us from the beginning that she would do everything possible under the law to make sure that these kids was not subjected to this type of danger. We were able to successfully obtain a protective order against the mother with no visitation, which the mother continually violated repeatedly. But Ms. Smith was always positive and very compassionate about ensuring the best for us. Ms. Smith always answered my phone calls, text, emails, and her assistant (Annie) was wonderful and would relay important information and call back on behalf of Ms. Smith. Ms. Smith is a wonderful attorney as she puts effort into your case and will defend you so that you get the best results. When she takes your case, she does it with so much passion, hard and intensive work that it shows in court. She fights for what is right and gets you what you deserve. She will fight for you with every part of herself and find pieces of the law that will benefit your case. My family cannot thank Ms. Smith enough. We are very greatful for everything that she has done and still continues to do for us as this case has been ongoing now for 5 years even though there is a final order that has been put in place.
