Today we settle, I am very grateful at the work and accomplishments MR. RANDY AND RICK ORTEGA did for me, as a resident of EL PASO, Texas of 42 yrs, I HIGHLY RECOMEND this law firm, and what better with the ORTEGA BROTHERS . I was always greeted with such professionalism with miss felicidad and the new clerk up in front, and Michael with his contagious smile of kindness, will never forget Thomas basically takeing me by my arm to introduce me to the law firm, and from there on rick just made me feel not just like a client or a victim, he gave me that confident and comfortably to feel safe, and that I wasnt alone, after been in a car collision and with my head aches and back pain and wrist pain, when prior attorney wasnt doing much for me, as if he was scare of my case. Mean time I couldnt stand my head aches anymore, AND I'm not gona like I was scare cuz my back was in pain. And I had no insurance or now were to start, I WAS WITH OUT NO DIRECTION, until they took me in. And from FEB 13, 2018 TO AS NOV, 21, 2019 I had no regrets and I knew it THINGS WOULD GET TAKEN CARE OF.
