Hablé con una señorita para la consulta y me dijo que el costo sería de 125 $ usd para hablar con un abogado de immigration a lo cual la llamada solo fue con un consultante, mucha la diferencia , cuanta gente no le hacen lo mismo

Very disappointed with the way the whole process went first and foremost I won’t take credit away for the receptions trying to schedule an appointment last minute however we were given misinformation throughout the entire phone conversation I was told the amount for consultation which was $100.00 before me even paying I specifically asked can you all given me an appointment today which the guy said yes ma’am I spoke with one of the “attorney” and they said yes I made payment I waited and to my surprise 5 min later he comes back to tell me they can no longer provide service for today which was 12-6-23 and that I had to reschedule I told the guy I was very disappointed for misinformation I felt “scammed” if you ask me. I was very detailed on the questions I asked…. Then he tells me the attorney got “busy” and that it’s best for me to wait till the next day so that I could speak with the best one which is Jose Hernandez I later said no just refund me my money he then put me on hold AGAIN and all of a sudden Jose Hernandez is in the office to which I told him politely no thank you I no longer want the services and I would like my money back to which he replied “oh don’t worry ma’am we are not keeping your money” why the “smartnest? Who know to which i replied oh the same way I paid and within second my money is withdrawn is the same way I’ll request for the refund even if it was $10 dollars it’s my money and I deserve the refund for a service never provided I did not like the first time impression nor behavior from such “attorney” if I didn’t have the money I wouldn’t be looking for an attorney to begin with. This is for proof that I am still waiting for a receipt of my refund.
