Alex Neill handled our case. And he listened intently to all the details in our case. It was hundreds of little details that made the difference for proving our case. And our case was the only probate to go to trial in 25 years. Needless to say we are extremely pleased.

Mr. Neill and Rita McCormick are amazing people to work with. Not only them, but the whole staff as well! They're quick to answer questions, settle some nerves, and handle any concerns I might have. Mr. Neill and my legal assistant Rita McCormick have been just Great! In fact the whole staff is wonderful. Even when the attorney and my regular legal assistant are not available, the others working there really know what is going on, and they handle any questions or concerns very effectively. Julian has also been very helpful. I am absolutely happy with the way my case is going. The situation with my father would not be in the great place it is now without their help.

Mr Neill took over my life insurance interpleader case from his father. Despite him having more than 60 other cases he was working on, (and his wife having a new baby), he took the time to respond to my inquiries and set me at ease when I worried about something pertinent to my case. He is aggressive when he needs to be and calm when the moment calls for a level head. I would recommend him for any probate or civil matter in the state of Texas!
