I want to thank Jake Spencer and the entire team including Felicia and Hanna who went far and beyond in handling my case with professionalism, compassionate and effectiveness. Their attention to detail and empathy made a difficult time somewhat easier. At the start of my divorce proceedings that lasted almost three years I was overwhelmed and unsure of my legal rights. During the span of the divorce I was unable to make payments because I lost my job in the process. But Jake assured me that he will continue his representation regardless of my inability to pay him. I had contacted this law firm due to a car accident i was involved in, I was not at fault. They said they would take my case and sent me the contract. I read it and wasn't really comfortable signing it. I ended up working thing out with the insurance company. The law firm sent a letter the insurance company telling them that they were representing me. So the insurance company won't work with me now due to that letter and they would need another letter informing them that this law firm is not representing me. I have reached out to them multiple times to send that letter. Their response is they will be sending a message to the lawyer about the letter needing to be sent. I AM STILL WAITING. I was not hard for them to send the inital letter(even though I was never their client) but fixing their mistake seems too hard for them I guess.

I have known Jake and Ashley since law school. Both graduated towards the top of their class and Jake was a mock trial star. Jake has tried more cases than most lawyers who have practiced twice as much as him. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing competent legal representation.
