The opposing party will even threaten to call him on the stand to testify against you, and he simply sits in a corner shivering and never objects.

He charges you for work he never preforms. He will settle against your wishes. The settlement is you admit you suit has no merit and the other party pays his legal fees. He claims to perform immigration work, while being reported to the bar by at least 5 immigration agents for corrupts acts like missing deadlines and charging for the work.
