ruben ortiz is a good lawyer when I went in there the staff were really nice and the answerd all my questions I had for them and the promise me that my case was going to be dissmissed and that just what he did and it was a traffic ticket so I really recommend him thank you mr ortiz

Great attorney! Helped me a lot got my case dismissed and clean record. Awesome office staff always keeping track of my case.
When ever he wasnt available somebody was sent to take care of my case always under supervision of Mr Ortiz.

Ruben Ortiz and staff took very good care of me. They always kept informed as to what was going on with the case and that gave me peace of mind. One lady who answers the phone was very rude and unprofessional. She makes you feel like your not worth her time and shes too busy. She doesnt speak loud enough for u to hear and she mumbles words to other people while your talking to her.

Very unprofessional. They scheduled multiple people (at least 7-8) for the same appointment time, then the attorney did not show for that appointment time. He was 30 minutes late and the staff “wasn’t sure” when he would be there. I’d much rather go to someone who can uphold something as simple as an appointment time.
