My wife and I contacted Mr.Ortiz's office and we're very hopeful after speaking to a paralegal who took some basic information and provided an initial quote to retain Mr. Ortiz. We were told the attorney would call us to discuss additional details, confirm pricing, and take the initial payment. When we didn't hear back the first week, my wife called again and was told they didn't know why the attorney hadn't contacted us yet but that he'd relay the message to the attorney again. We waited another week and nothing. We went with Benjamin Law Firm and they scheduled a consultation for the next business day. Best of luck with getting this firm to even call back. I suppose it's best to experience this now before retaining them and dealing with a lack of responsiveness and bias for action.
