He reschedule many time our appointments. During the first hearing he never showed up, instead he sent someone else who clearly didn't know nothing about my case. Very unprofessional service.

I wanted to share a few things about my experience with working with Ruben Ortiz during my divorce:
• He was extremely professional
• Made it a point to meet with me in person when I had uncertainties
• Explained every process in full detail
• Was patient and calm during our meetings
I greatly appreciated all of the time he spent taking care of my needs because like most, I didn't know what to expect during the divorce process. Though it was a life changing decision, Mr. Ruben Ortiz and his staff made the process much easier to endure.

To be honest he made me feel uncomfortable the whole time. He's definitely racist, and not such a good lawyer, at least with emigration stuff, when he mention his fee to me he looked at me like I couldn't afford him. Wouldn't recommend this place.

My name is Damaso Solis and I recommend attorney Ruben Ortiz for any legal case. My case was a criminal case which ended up going in my favor. I was falsely being accused of theft which included a statement from a person against me. The process was long but Ruben Ortiz always gave me that surety and security that everything was under control. After a year going to court my case got Dismissed. People are very professional quick to get down to business. You have a higher percentage to get your tickets dismissed here than any other law firm. Also available to the East and West side so gas was not a problem.
