Dishonest and responds arrogantly like she is doing you a favor or like she is doing your task for free. Find someone that can help you fight your case instead.

Lisa was highly recommended , by a friend, who had hired her, for his case. I'm so happy I hired her for my case!! I've had terrible experiences with attorneys I had hired in the past. I can finally say, I've had an AMAZING ATTORNEY representing me ! Lisa and her staff are the best!! Lisa really cares about her clients!! I highly recommend her!!! I can't thank her enough, for everything she has done for me!!

Hired her for a custody case for my daughter and grandson. She was upfront with us on what we could ask for and what we wouldn't be able to ask for. We liked her cause she was very honest with us and did exactly what she said she would do. Very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to hire her again

Had hired an attorney for my sons right to visitation with father in which process took longer than expected as gramatical errors prolonged for a final court order to be finalized. As soon as I hired Mrs.Hayes and her team all turned in the right direction for my son and myself. First court day with her team was excellent you could see her experience at work from the start of session we exited with a favorable hearing and ready for final hearing in which again her experienced shined and got once again a favorable outcome. Here we are again for the third court hearing and hired her team once more due to their experience and professionalism in handling my case.

Lisa and staff were extremely helpful with my divorce . They are professional and hands down the best especially when it’s a difficult battle between spouses.

Lisa Hayes is an absolute dream to work with. I had 2 lawyers prior to Lisa and she is a cut above the rest. Being that every two years Im back in court, Lisa has always been available and dedicated to my case. She is well informed and always prepared. She advises you on what the law states, what options you have and develops strategies to help get through any situation. Her ability to remove the emotion from situations means that she is always acting in the best interest of her client. I trust her 100%. It is always tough going through a divorce, especially when kids are involved. I know that Lisa cares about my children and only wants what is best for them just as I do. Sometimes you don’t always hear what you want to hear......she is not that type. She tells you what you need to hear so you can make informed decisions based on the law and risk assessment. Her representation in court is impeccable! She adapts quickly and effortlessly in a courtroom which is essential when in trial. I never have to worry about if she will convey what I want because she ensures she understands the facts in the case ahead of time and comes prepared. She shows very well in a court room. She is and will always Be my family attorney for life.

First off Lisa went to a tier 1 law school so I expected her to be good and professional. Lisa and staff is real quick to charge you for everything and not provide you with information to case. Every time you call and ask a question about your case to her staff the call is $7. Even if staff does not know the answer (which often they do not) you are charged. They then tell you they will get back to you and never do. She does not try to fight for you and tries to avoid litigation at all cost she relies mainly on settling out of court. When court rolls around she knows nothing about your case. Lisa is a perfect example of someone who works cases off of quantity and does not provide quality esquire service. Please do not make the mistake I did by hiring her.

She promised the stars and moon and to fight for my rights yet failed in every aspect. Never backed me and actually supported the opposing party instead of me. Took me for a lot of money and was the absolute worst lazy dishonest lawyer yet.

Ms Hayes handled my unique case with utter professionalism and sheer class. Her timely responses ensured we met all deadlines and ensured my "side" of the story was heard. She provided me with her time and listened without interruptions. She addressed all of my concerns and made me feel comfortable and at ease during this difficult time.

Bad experience. I feel another attorney would have done a better job. Also, her assistant is very rude and made a bad experience worse than it had to be.

When my divorce began, Lisa was my first choice after a nauseating and rushed trip to El Paso (where I no longer lived) to interview several of lawyers. I, unfortunately, went with a different attorney. When the other attorney did not work out, I went back to Lisa, who had raised her rates since we spoke. She took me at the lowered prior rate. I was pleased with her work, and she put up well with my father, who can be very demanding. When I was later sued by my ex husband - 2 more times - I hired her each time. The first lawsuit, she did fantastic. The second was an uphill battle and had a lot of twists and turns that none of us could have anticipated. Some of those unexpected curves also brought lessons that she admitted to leaning from. I don't think she could have anticipated those, and I appreciate her honest and humble assessment of what went wrong in that case. The final case was another success. In the last 6 years, I've hired Lisa 4 times - which means we have had a lot of communication over the years, and unless she is bogged down with another case, or out of town, she has by and large made time to talk to me about any concerns. We have had ups and downs, but many more ups and I think she is highly competent and listens closely. I don't recall ever having to remind her of names or details in my case, and I think that level of service is what you truly need in a high-stress family law case.
