This office will not return emails or phone calls in a timely manner. Any professional would agree that a 24-72 hr time period is acceptable to return a clients phone call or email. I went weeks! Weeks of being ignored after sending follow up emails. She miss managed time frames and deadlines of when thing needed to be responded to. I had to keep track of my own case online to find out when court dates was taking place. The day of my hearing I had to call her office to confirm that we in fact had a hearing. There was no briefing or preparing before this hearing. I was emailed other clients documents. I had other clients personal information such as credit card numbers, address, and names. This was not my first modification. Unfortunately the previous attorney I used had moved to the DFW area. I recommend you find another attorney that respects their clients time and money. My case was a default case so this wasn't a win for her. This was a no brainer.

Scheduled an appointment. For a Saturday, September 5,2020. Showed up to the appointment 30 minutes before scheduled time.(1:30). Waited until 1:45. Left three voicemails. No one bothered reaching out. They obviously don’t listen to their voicemails. Don’t even bother leaving a message.

I’ve been in a custody battle from 9/2015-2/2020, through 3 attorneys/firms and I finally won my case because of Mrs. Reyes! She is such an incredible human being. She fights for what’s right every time, no matter who she’s up against. That is honorable and admirable in today’s age. God protect her and keep her safe always! She has restored my faith in the system that in my opinion desperately needs more individuals like her, that truly, honestly; CARES.
