If you’re looking for an attorney that will make you feel like a priority, treat you with respect and fight for what is in the best interest of what is at stake, hire Heather! The team and Mrs. Hall are extremely quick to answer phones, reply to emails or call you back. She is professional, yet treats you like a dear friend. She is honest and straightforward. The best attorney in El Paso by far. She is thorough in explaining the legal process and breaks everything down in a very easy and understanding way. A compassionate and great person to have on your side. I would hire her again in a heart beat.

She offered to help my uncle out of the goodness of her heart. She really helped us a lot considering our situation with my uncle. Unfortunately the lawyer we hired passed away recently May God bless her soul. She as well was a wonderful person and we were so blessed to find these two special lawyers! Still not sure if she will fully take his case, But she got to work ASAP to help and see what she can do for him. Our situation is that since we actually paid the lawyer we would have to pay again and honestly we can't afford another 6,000. Being caught in a legal situation is always stressful and many lawyers – though well intended – aggravate that stress with a lot of sterile mumbo jumbo that is semi incomprehensible. And even worse they can over diagnose so when you go in for advice on a parking ticket they’re telling you that you could face the death penalty. In my case, enter Heather who was very gracious and empathetic (an unheard of attribute in most lawyers). I was in a very sticky Catch 22 situation and Heather listened very carefully and articulated points of law explaining in plain English where I was in a good position and where I had some vulnerabilities; and in those cases, actions that could be taken to mitigate them. I left my discussions with her feeling a deep sense of relief and gratitude and that she really cared about me and my situation and that my situation was not some kind of legal game of “quien es mas macho,” with my opponent’s lawyer the way it is with so many other lawyers. One other thing to remember about Heather is that earlier in her career she was a public defender. My brother is a public defender and these people are a special breed who care about the law and about their client’s rights under the law. I certainly think that is the case with Heather.

I quickly found myself in a custody battle with my ex. In an instant, my son was ripped from me and after consulting various attorneys, I was led to Mrs Hall by my brother. I hired Mrs Hall the same day we spoke over the phone. It has been a long process, countless calls and meetings. The process is still far from over, however, Mrs Hall has been there every step of the way. I was concerned with many issues with my ex, but Mrs Hall has prevailed and got me my baby back. I am forever grateful, thankful and blessed to have come across Mrs Hall. Thank you for all your hard work! We have a few more bumps to cross but I am confidant with Mrs Hall on my side.

I am from out of town and got in a bad situation and ended up with a dui. Even though I shouldn't have been able to qualify for a pretrial diversion she was able to somehow get me into the program which means it will fall off my record if I don't mess up again. Overall great experience would recommend to my family, friends, and all of you. 10/10

I hired Heather in 2012 for a simple misdemeanor. A few weeks ago I found myself needing to hire an attorney who discovered that Heather did NOT do what she explicitly told me she would do - have my 2012 charge expunged. Instead this is STILL on my record. Beware
