The ticket professionals without a doubt. Do yourself a favor, whenever you get a ticket, at fault or not, call Aaronson Law firm. For less than the cost of defensive driving, you stand a superb chance of getting your ticket dismissed. I personally have had about 4 tickets handled by them and all have been dismissed. You don't have to go to court or do a single thing after you call and pay them. I paid $50 but most recently paid $60 my guess is inflation. Either way, so worth every penny.
