I recently needed the services of a lawyer and i have to say that i really did find the best around. The law office of Mark T. Davis was extremely professional and very knowledgable. Specifically, the works of one George Mansouraty. Great working relationship and improved upon my situation with knowledge and expert guidance.

Worked with them for over 2 years on a real estate matter. Mr. Davis and his team were really good.

Based on my experience, I highly recommend the law office of Mark T. Davis. Attorney Bruce Gomez successfully handled my case in a professional manner and demonstrated expert knowledge. He patiently addressed my concerns and questions so I had full understanding of the matter. The office staff is friendly and helpful.

Mark, Bruce, and George have helped me with several cases from Family Law to Civil lawsuits. Every time they were all completed without any problems. I would never hesitate to call on them to help me again and I have all my friends and family call on Mark Davis' office for any help they need with all areas of the law.

It's difficult to explain the complexity of my case because it's really my daughter's case and out of respect for her I will do my best to leave any important information out. Fighting for custody is never easy especially when you see your children suffering, when they are forced to make life decisions having never been taught much about life. Bottom line, my daughter wanted her son back from her mom, my ex, and it was an uphill battle. The Law Office of Mark T Davis was picked out of sheer luck but I now know it was God sent. They took our case and I immediately knew they were the team for the job. They communicated with us immediately everything we needed to do and what we could expect. I could fill the next few sentences with nothing but great examples of all they did but honestly all you need to know is the following; if you are in need of legal help, their team will treat you with dignity and respect, you will not just be a number in their books.

TOP DOLLAR PRICE, ZERO REPRESENTATION I retained the Mark Davis Law firm and attorney George Monsaraty to represent me in a child custody case in August and paid them in full. That was a big mistake. I had heard that George Monsaraty was a great attorney who was attentive to detail and was aggressive in court. Sadly, he fell terribly short of that reputation. My first court hearing was set for Sept 14th. The week before my hearing, I called MULTIPLE times to try and get Mr Monsouraty on the phone to discuss strategy, evidence and expectations with no success. All the staff there would pick up the phone and say they would get back to me or pass a message along. I never got a call back, all I received was a short email that Friday evening apologizing for the delay. The following Monday, the week of the actual hearing, I emailed Mr. Monsouraty with a long list of evidence, attachments, details, events and important information relating to the case to make sure he had it in time for the hearing since he wasn't returning any of my phone calls. I called his office several times after sending that email to speak to him and confirm that he had received it and was aware of everything going on. His office gave me the same run around message "he will get back to you". I never got a call back. The date of the hearing, I arrived at Mr. Davis' office for my zoom hearing. Upon arriving, the staff notified me that Mr. Monsouraty was out of town in San Antonio. I was shocked and uncomfortable. Mr. Monsouraty had told me in a previous conversation that during hearings he would be sitting next to me and that we would have a notepad that I could write stuff on as the hearing went on in case we needed to communicate quickly. He never notified me about his absence for my hearing. I was in that office room waiting for my hearing ALONE. The hearing began and the opposing attorney came prepared, they screen shared evidence, videos, screenshots, everything. What did we have? Nothing. Mr. Monsauraty did not present any evidence that I submitted to him before the judge. Didn't screen share any of the videos and didn't bring up any of the relevant pieces of information that could've swayed a decision in our favor. I noticed him throughout the hearing constantly looking at his computer screen, he was reading the email I had sent him. During the hearing. He was winging my hearing. Two weeks before our hearing, I requested a motion to drug test the mother of my child (which George billed me $625 to draft and prepare) and he never even brought it up in our hearing! He didn't voice my concern for the well being of my child due to suspicion that her mother was using. The judge ordered me to pay a large sum of monthly support to the mother of my child and George didn't say anything about my other support obligations for my first child or fight to get me credit for the health insurance that I pay for my child already. He simply sat there quietly as the judge made recommendations. Mark and his team have shown to be incompetent in the family law practice, they have exhibited unethical behavior and extremely poor communication skills. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM! After my hearing, Mr Monsauraty finally called me. I voiced some of my concerns to him then he later admitted to "sandbagging" my case. The very next day, I walked into Mr Davis' office and requested a refund for the remainder of my retainer and notified them that I was firing them effective immediately. To no surprise, the staff there told me I couldn't fire them until I spoke to either George or Mark but they were nowhere to be found. They told me that the soonest I could talk to Mark was in 2 weeks again proving that this law firm does not value their clients or their concerns and that my case was not a priority for them. This has been a terrible experience for me and it has cost me the most important thing in my life, time with my children. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM. I will be submitting a state bar complaint.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. GEORGE MISSED MY FIRST HEARING FOR MY CHILD CUSTODY CASE CAUSING ME TO HAVE TO WAIT 3 MONTHS BEFORE WE GOT ANOTHER HEARING. WHEN WE DID GET TO THE FIRST HEARING, TEMPORARY ORDERS, HE DECIDED TO BE IN AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT ROOM, AND HAD NO CLUE WHAT MY CASE WAS ABOUT. HE WAS UNABLE TO DEFEND ME AGAINST THE CLAIMS MY EX-WIFE WAS MAKING AGAINST ME. WEEKS WENT BY AND HE DID NOT PROVIDE ME WITH A COPY OF THE TEMP ORDERS. I HAD TO CALL TO GET THEM. WHEN I FINALLY GOT THEM, I DISCOVERED A LOT OF STUFF HAD BEEN ADDED THAT BENEFITED MY EX-WIFE. I BROUGHT IT UP TO HIS ATTENTION AND HE CLAIMED HE WOULD FIX IT. HE DIDNT. SEVERAL MONTHS LATER, THE FINAL HEARING WAS COMING UP AND HE CANCELED WITHOUT TALKING TO ME FIRST. HE THEN ASKS FOR ANOTHER $3,500 WHICH I BROUGHT WITHIN TWO WEEKS. AFTER GIVING HIM THE MONEY, HE TELLS ME THAT I SHOULD BE AWARE THAT I WILL LIKELY LOSE MY CASE. ALMOST LIKE HE WAS LETTING ME KNOW HE WASN'T GOING TO PUT THE EFFORT IN FIGHTING FOR ME. I SHOWED HIM THAT I HAD A MAJOR CHANGE IN PAY THAT SHOULD REDUCE MY CHILD SUPPORT AND HE SAID HE PROBABLY COULDNT GET THAT CHANGED EITHER. THIS HAD BEEN GOING ON FOR ALMOST 8 MONTHS. I BEGAN SENDING EMAILS TO COMPLAIN ON HIM AND EVEN SENT AN EMAIL DIRECTLY TO MARK DAVIS ABOUT GEORGES PERFORMANCE. THEY SET UP A MEETING AMD BROUGHT MY CONCERNS UP. GEORGE ADMITTED HE HAD OTHER BIGGER CASES HE HAD BEEN WORKING ON THAT HAD TAKEN UP HIS TIME. BY THE TIME I LEFT, I THOUGHT HE HAD A BETTER UNDERSTANDING THAT I WANTED BETTER REPRESENTATION. NOTHING CHANGED. HE HAD TO CANCEL THE NEXT HEARING BECAUSE HE DID NOT FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS WHEN I TOLD HIM I WANT A ALL DAY TRIAL. THE ONE HE SET UP WAS A TWO HOUR TRIAL. MY EX WAS WITHHOLDING MY DAUGHTER FROM ME AND I COMPLAINED MULTIPLE TIMES. AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS, HE FINALLY REQUESTS THE COURTS TO ENFORCE THE ORDER AND THE FINAL TEMPORARY ORDER WAS SIGNED 5 MONTHS AFTER THE HEARING FOR TEMPORARY ORDERS WAS SET. NOW IT IS AUGIST 2023. WE HAD A HEARING SET FOR THE 29TH BUT THE COURT RESET IT. I MESSAGED GEORGE ABOUT MY FRUSTRATION OVER THE RESETS AND HE MESSAGED BACK CLAIMING HE DIDNT FULLY UNDERSTAND MY FRUSTRATION BUT HE WAS TRYING TO FINALIZE THE CASE, WHICH WAS SET FOR SEPTEMBER 2023. I RESPONDED TO HIM A LIST OF ISSUES THAT HE CAUSED FOR MY CASE TO BE EXTENDED BY AT LEAST 8 MONTHS AND HE RESPONDED CLAIMING HE HAS DONE ALL HE COULD AND WOULD BE WITHDRAWING AS MY ATTORNEY. I HAVE PAID THIS LAW FIRM ALMOST $7,000 AND GOT NO RESULTS WHATSOEVER. FOR ALMOST A YEAR WHILE DEALING WITH THEM, I WENT IN THE OFFICE AND SAW TWO DIFFERENT CLIENTS IN THE WAITING ROOM TALKING TO THE ASSISTANCE DEMANDING TO KNOW WHERE THEIR MONEY WENT. INWAS THE 3RD. COMPLETELY WORTHLESS. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY TRUST ME ON THIS!!!!!! UPDATE: Had another court hearing today. Postponed again, this time over a month. Also discovered that my attorney from Mark Davis lawfirm never responded to motions brought by the other attorney. Mark, your office does not practice law....you practice deceptive business! Completely worthless! Mark, you claim to have been a victim of child alienation that resulted in a horrible outcome. This is coming from an attorney who knew how to challenge the system and still loss...now you drain the pockets of men dealing with the same situation because you know how desperate we are. Then brag about your cars, homes and businesses on social media...all paid for at the price of our mental health. A year and no work was done....still my $7,000 fattened your pockets. If your office did not have the resources to work diligently on my case, then why accept it in the first place? I will work overtime to expose you and your office.
