Kubinski was one of three attorneys i spoke to in El Paso. After speaking with Tyler I knew I wanted him to represent me and I was never disappointed. Tyler and his team went above and beyond for me and my child. The professionalism, knowledge of law , and compassion I felt from Tyler and his team is what me and my family needed to get through these trying times . Tyler Kubinski did a wonderful job on my case. He was defending me against a protective order; the case ended in a nonsuit but Tyler quickly got my case together with very minimal time given from my end and made sure everything was fully prepared for the trial date, I was not nervous for the case at all and felt fully informed/confident. Wonderful office/front desk staff. He was also reasonable in price which helped me a ton. I highly recommend him.

I went to Kubinski & Associates to see if they could explain if all of my paperwork concerning my home was in order and if I had actually signed off half of it to my ex-wife after over 20 years ago as per the divorce decree, they found that within all my paperwork, that I alone was the sole owner, I thank my lucky stars that I used them and I thank them for their services!

I contacted Kubinski and Associates back in June 2020. My lawyer was Mr. Tyler Kubinski. He was very responsive and professional. He handle my cases with the upmost respect. By far the best lawyer I had while living in el paso. I would only recommend Kubinski and associates for any legal needs.
