I did not hire Mr Ferrell. I had already sent payment to a different attorney before finding him on this site and I am starting to regret my choice. I no longer live in TX therefore need someone who will communicate the details and events of my case. My case is not the usual and it is a shame I paid for nothing.

Mr. Ferrell was very professional and knowledgeable, helped me through every step of the case and went above and beyond when it came to returning my calls or answering my questions.

Absolutely horrible receptionist. Refused to listen to what I had to say about the case I was inquiring about; just kept jumping to conclusions, interrupting, and all the while having a miserable attitude.

I wouldn't recommend Kubinski and Associates for anything especially as they decided not to represent me in the probate court once my brother stated misbehaving. This being even though I understand they have an experienced estate lawyer in their firm. Paul himself is personal when you first meet; tells you can call with any ask questions. However if/when he does call you back, you will get generalized answers. Unfortunately if you do have questions your calls will be refereed to his paralegal whom rarely calls back. That may actually be a blessing in disguise because when they do call you their demeanor is nothing if not rude and condescending. This is especially true if your estate case gets challenged by an uncooperative/ dysfunctional sibling. At that point they'll take your money and tell you to find another attorney.

I hired Mr. Ferrell and was happy with my results. He worked hard on my case and is a very nice and professional man.

I was charged DWI by State of Texas. After some online research, I interviewed with 3 lawyers, and eventually I decided to go with Mr. Ferell due to his 30 plus years experiences as well as I feel comfortable working with him. This is my first lawsuit in my whole life (and hopefully this is the last time too), and with Mr.Ferrell's explanation and guidance, I knew what situation I was dealing with and what's the best and worst case scenario that I may get. He fought my case from many different angles and the "never-give-up" spirit impressed me the most. At courtroom, he did all the talking, and I felt I am in good hand all the time. I know I made a right decision hiring him and I highly recommand his service to people who need criminal defense.

First I want to start with a little background. This was my second offense and I felt that my situation was much worse than before and looking very grim. Second, I was desperate and I did not know where to turn. I came to this site where I read excellent reviews the seemed real and genuine. I called Mr. Ferrell's office and unlike other attorneys, Mr. Ferrell talked to me himself and advised that no matter the situation there are always options and quickly scheduled an appointment to meet him. At the meeting he covered all options along with his experience and strategy. He advised that he would do all he could for me in the courtroom and not to worry as he would handle everything. He said all I had to do was show up and he would do the rest. I took him at his word and though it took longer per his strategy, it paid off. I got a sentence better than many 1st time offenders and a year later he helped me to amend my probation due to good behavior. His professionalism speaks for its self and you can see that everyone in the court room respects him. He, along with his staff, is kind honest and you always feel that he is watching out for your best interests. He is worth every penny. Don't bother with any other attorney. Mr. Ferrell will take great care of you.

Mr. Ferrell and his staff kindly and competently carried me through a very difficult situation in my life. A circumstance that easily could have resulted in a period of felony incarceration within the Texas Department of Corrections for seven years. The State recommended seven years. Mr. Ferrell's office successfully fought for reduction to misdemeanor. I would have lost my career, my children would have suffered and my family devastated due to my actions. Thanks to Mr. Ferrell, Ms. Riddick and Mr. Robledo - their diligence and research - I have relief. After this seventeen month long crisis of my making I can say major lesson learned and life dramatically changed. I have committed to not let myself or Mr. Ferrell and his staff down by successfully completing my sentence of misdemeanor probation they fought so hard for. Additionally when in Court environment I was continually impressed with not only how others treated him with respect, but also how he treated others. Wonderful man, incredible attorney - he sincerely loves the people he represents. If you need him, no hesitation - hire him.
