Not a professional lawyer. Charged me simply to tell me he had to charge me even more to do research on an area of practice he supposedly said was part of his specialty. Did not help me & made me feel like he is only after your money.

Do not use Paul Kubinski to write your will. Do not use him to represent the executor of an estate that has to go through probate. You have been warned.

Absolutely horrible receptionist. Refused to listen to what I had to say about the case I was inquiring about; just kept jumping to conclusions, interrupting, and all the while having a miserable attitude.

I wouldn't recommend Kubinski and Associates for anything especially as they decided not to represent me in the probate court once my brother stated misbehaving. This being even though I understand they have an experienced estate lawyer in their firm.
Paul himself is personal when you first meet; tells you can call with any ask questions. However if/when he does call you back, you will get generalized answers. Unfortunately if you do have questions your calls will be refereed to his paralegal whom rarely calls back.
That may actually be a blessing in disguise because when they do call you their demeanor is nothing if not rude and condescending. This is especially true if your estate case gets challenged by an uncooperative/ dysfunctional sibling.
At that point they'll take your money and tell you to find another attorney.
