Poor communication all around. I was highly misled with my case. I called them for a crash that was not my fault and got injured in. I was told I was going to be represented and that they would be sending out a letter of representation to the other party. Weeks passed and nothing. They assured me it would get done when I spoke to them about it. A few more days pass and nothing. I had at least FIVE different people call me asking me what happened. I kept explaining the situation over and over because it seemed no one was communicating with each other. With every person I spoke to, they made me feel secure and confident that things would get done. However, nothing ever did. I wasted over a month with this law firm. I was getting MRIs, doctor visits, and physical therapy for my injury all in the meantime. Weeks later, I had to explain my situation to yet ANOTHER person who finally told me my injury was not "big enough" to pursue. This injury has affected my performance and my job, I've needed physical therapy for it all, pain injections, and it "wasn't severe enough" for this law firm. I get they deal with more severe injuries, but the poor communication and the misleading and time wasted with this law firm is the real reason for my review.
