Friendly, courteous, brought up things one might overlook.

Throughout the year’s, I’ve heard nothing but wonderful things about the Attorney Mr. Anderson through colleague’s and friends. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to meet Mr. Anderson. The woman, (who’s name I don’t ever recall getting) at the law firm who answers the phone and schedules appointments is not very pleasant. Her phone mannerism over the phone was very unprofessional and quite demeaning through the whole process. From inquiring information from services, making an appointment, and calling on the the day of the appointment that there would be a possibility that I would be late a couple of minutes to my appointment due to a traffic accident on I-10. Turns out that I wasn’t late to my appointment, in fact I got there five minutes early. As I sat in the parking lot, I pondered whether I should go into my appointment or not, because of my previous experiences. Sadly, I decided not to. As a courtesy to Mr. Anderson, I called and said I wouldn’t be coming into my appointment after all due to each negative encounters over the phone with her. I wasn’t rude to her, but gave her an explanation. I shared with her that with each phone call I felt rushed and somewhat felt belittled. Over the phone she sounded like she was always having a bad day, and angry. Not once did she ever offer her condolences for the loss my husband. I ended up calling another Law Firm and the first thing I was told was, “Our condolences and we are so sorry for your loss…” I started to cry. I didn’t how much of an impact the last experience made emotionally on me. I rated it a three star because my decision wasn’t based on Mr. Anderson but on what I assume was the secretary’s law firm.

Steve Anderson is one of the top lawyers in El Paso. There are two attributes that stand out: he listens carefully to the client and he cares about the well being of the client. I highly recommend this law firm.

The staff here at Anderson & Bright is nothing, but the best. Very helpful and all my issues were resolved. Well recommend.
