I have been a client of Gabriel Jimenez since 2019. My husband was deported back in 2016 due to overstaying his visa. I knew I needed a highly experience attorney to properly submit waivers(I-212 and I-601) on his behalf in order for him to re-enter the U.S legally. I made a call today seeking Mr Gabriel services after an extensive search, but the lady who picked up made any greating she pretty much asked what i wanted and i was taken back by that i had to ask her if that was the office of Gabriel Jimenez so i could believe that i did not call a wrong number, anf she pretty much felt i was wasting her time and hanged up. I called back, she picked the phone and did not say anything and hanged up again. The was no conversation she just rudely hanged up. I do believe that was a huge Ref Flag for a start and i would urge anybody to be cautious.

The attorney was so helpful throughout the process even thou it was a roller-coaster, he is a good listener and very patient. Spoke to him everytime i had questions, he never directed me to his assistants. Overall, i don't have any regrets hiring him to handle my case. Everyone at the firm were very helpful too, they worked effortlessly to make it happen.

If you are looking for an immigration attorney Mr Jimenez is the best. I remember before I hired (consultation) he was answering all my emails within 2hours even on weekends. I thought it would stop when I hired him. In almost 3 years of process through the final hearing we was still answering my emails with all my questions within 2 hours.
