De ser por mi no le daria ninguna estrella, pero le doy una estrella porque no me deja hacer el review sin darle ninguna. Pesimo servicio. Contrate los servicios del abogado para quitar un ticket. La razon que puso el oficial en el ticket era ir a 38 mph en Zona Escolar, cuando los semaforos de zona escolar estaban apagados y el limite de velocidad cuando no es horario escolar es de 40mph. Le señale al oficial que los semaforos estaban apagados y su respuesta fue "Ya hice el ticket lo tiene que pelear en la corte si lo desea" y esa es la razon por la cual contrate los servicios del abogado y que era facil de demostrar por la hora en el ticket. Un caso facil de ganar a mi parecer porque se tenian las pruebas, pero fue todo lo contrario, al parecer lo unico que hizo fue ir a pararse en corte. Pague 60 dlls y ahora tengo que pagar 144 dlls y tomar un curso. Cuando en realidad iba a 38Mph en una zona de 40mph y que los semaforos de zona escolar estaban apagados. Lo repito pesimo servicio.

When I hired this attorney, he is not residing in El Paso but in state of Arizona. I would not hear promptly from him whether phone call or email. His ineffectiveness cause my case to drag on. I had to terminate his services. I recommend not to hire him if he still resides in Arizona.

This was my go to attorney for a long time but the fees have increased significantly and the attention to my last traffic case was minimal.

I’m begging you… please DO NOT go to this attorney!!!! He’s a very kind man, but has no business practicing law anymore. I had to hire a new attorney to clean up this man’s mess. It was supposed to be a simple divorce, but it took two years to finally get it done… and that was me NOT fighting anything. Also, my current attorney shared with me that my divorce decree did nothing to protect me… he was so embarrassed for this poor man because I was left unprotected. And don’t even get me started on all the mistakes my divorce decree had. And when I did have court, my ex had to share with me the ZOOM invite because Mr. Smith and his assistant’s NEVER sent me information about my court date ( if my ex hadn’t been gracious enough to share with me the court information, I would’ve missed my court date). So now, I’m having to pay for another lawyer to fix Mr. Smith’s mistakes. So please, do NOT hire this poor man. Marcela Jeddery

For traffic violations this is the best place to go to I have had a couple of tickets taken care of by this law office and I always get the best results. I have been a client for over ten years and they have made two mistakes resulting in an unexpected warrant I know that sounds bad but one call placed to make them aware of the mistake and they drop all other work duties to correct the issue and get me back on track no business is flawless but acknowledging and fixing the issue at no additional cost to me speaks very highly of a business! It maybe a small inconvenience but 2 mistakes in ten years is something I can work with. Staff is always professional and kind. I will continue business with them whenever I need a traffic ticket taken care of.
