Not professional at all, ask you withdraw my cause they were not doing anything and they send me to the wrong place. The lawyer hung up and got an attitude.

Very impressed at ease of working with Law Firm. My first accident and wasn't sure on how to handle stress and injury. McCormick law firm made it simple and stress free got the help and therapy I needed for injury with great results. Handled case well.

Great Attorney

I was involved in an accident and was searching for a good attorney. Mr McCormick reach out to me after i had filled out some info online. He took care of everything for me, from the medical treatment to the rehabilitation treatment. I was super nervous about everything but he made it a simple and easy experience for me. I will be recommending everyone to him.

Well what can I honestly say about this law firm. It was a mistake hiring them for my case! Cagney the owner was very aggressive at first saying I had a great case. I was happy until he passed my case unto his no good collegue Bryce Pearcy. Bryce is a very sarcastic don't give a darn person. I had first sympathized with him because he had an accident just before I did. I'm a Christian person and a nurse so I cared. However, he totally dismissed me when I would text many times he won't text back. I emailed he won't return answers and phone calls were just a waste. He was rarely available during the eight months with them. Then he turned me over to Anna an excuse maker. She covered well I guess it how she keeps her job. After all I ended up back to Cagney. I must say he's good at explaining the details of your case. Not a bad guy but I guess he has his moments. However, he made me a promise/ offer and later handed my case off to Persia another of his attorneys who then changed what he told me about my settlement. Persia came in after I spoke with Nicholas (an intern) a nice guy who seems to have a future. Nicholas had said my case was about $90,000 confirming Cagney's previous offer. Nicholas had told me I had about $60,000 in debts but they will have the bills adjusted. I had actually trusted him. Persia later called she changed all the numbers. She said I had $85,000 in debt until she works things out. She also mentioned my settlement was only $60,000. Now I thought she was great reliable and fair at first. She kept calling me and updating me daily. However that soon changed because of a small misunderstanding. She became anxious and rude. She deducted money that were previously promised to me from the very small sum I'd received. Note all 8 months I have never met but one lawyer. (Bryce) then she rudely told me to pick up the small check at the front desk at their office in Irving. I ascertain from this experience I should have looked into a better law firm before rushing in. With Cagney's promises I took him and they were only the second firm I had called. Fact is I have lost everything from this accident. I was on my way to my new job I had for only a month. Then with the accident they thought my neck was broken. I acquired so many bills fixing myself. In the meantime I lived out in the country side where there are no public transportation, not even uber or lyft. It took weeks after recouperated to get a rental because not even the rental would come to get me. I lost my job not getting to it then I lost my apartment not being able to pay the rent. I became homeless and moved around and around. Living with people who saw me as a burden and treated me badly. When I tried to get money from my lawyers. They refused to help me. When I tried to get a loan my lawyers denied the loan. To this day I have a huge lump on my neck a muscle strain according to the doctors and nerve damage on the right side of my face. I still have no car and live with a friend. My struggles continue and the small check I received I have acquired so much more debts in 8 months it's gone. Yet I had no choice but to accept the little bit my attorney claimed he settled for. People be aware if your attorneys aren't honest up front they will never treat you right. I know my attorneys didn't fight for me. They made excuses, the woman who hit me was a government employee yet They claim she hid from them by moving away several times. I don't believe that. They did only help themselves but God is in the midst of all. I believe in him and know I will recover some day.

I started out with another law firm on another case and ended up firing them and giving my case to Mac Law and then ended up with another case!! These people are amazing and if I ever need another attorney for anything I’ll be using this one!! Love them!!

Mac Law handled all the bills and worked with the other insurance company to get me a fair settlement for my auto accident!
