She explained what I had to do to get the case dismiss so it would not be on my record and for that I thank her for taking her time that she did not have too. To help especially since it was my first time ever getting arrested.

Upon consulting with her in person, she showed empathy to my situation, while still maintaining professionalism. She provided me with clear steps on what actions needed to be taken to start my case.
