McGregor and Oblad helped me with my first dental associate contract coming out of school. Being a new and overwhelming experience for me, I was very impressed with Mr. McGregor's willingness to answer all my questions, resolve my concerns, and see to it that my best interests were represented. He gladly explained each aspect of the contract even beyond the point where I myself would've been annoyed if the roles were reversed. Most impressive may have been the fact that even though the other party dragged negotiations out a bit, at no point did he pressure me to rush things so he could collect his check. My husband and I were in a difficult situation without an attorney, and we found Joseph Mcgregor & Associates. Due in large part to assistance from Tyson Oblad and his firm; my husband's I-601, Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility has been approved! This was a huge and seemingly insurmountable task to accomplish. There was a large amount of paperwork, processing and just being patient--throughout this time Mr. Oblad was always willing to answer questions and assist in any way he was able. For those of you who do not know, having an I-601 approved is not an easy task as there are many reasons for denial, and you must prove EXTREME hardship with hard evidence. Mr. Oblad helped through this process, and he recommended what we needed to include, exclude and main points to focus on during the application process.
