Kelly Walling truly the best of the best! I came to Kelly at one the most hardest times in my life, losing a parent. Kelly handled every aspect with more then a favorable outcome. I feel so confident in Kelly she also doing my current divorce. Kelly available for any questions or needs I’ve had with quick response. Weekends after hours Kelly has always gone out her way to make sure I knew exactly what was going on in all my cases. Kelly staff communication on point. Kelly walked us through the whole probate process after my sister passed in June 2022. I live overseas, and Kelly was able to arrange a Zoom probate hearing with Denton County court which simplified the process for me tremendously. Landra, Kelly's legal aide, was a great communicator and helped me make sure I had all the documents I needed. We got through the whole probate process in about three months, which is pretty good given COVID, backed up courts, and my location.
