Attorney Phillip Herr is extremely knowledgeable in preparing my Will. He covered and included a Power of Attorney and Do Not Resuscitate information. He was kind and empathetic while covering all legal maters. I highly recommend Phillip Herr.
My previous attorney past away. Major General John Garret, a very highly respected attorney in Texas and partner with Gov. Jim Wright, another great man in Texas history.

I have used Phillip a couple of times. One time in putting together my Last Will and Testament. He also did my Medical Power of Attorney and DNR paperwork.
Another time he represented me in my divorce. Phillip was professional and comforting at the same time. I was very sad at the ending of my marriage and afraid I would begin crying in the court room but this is where Phillip's comforting spirit was evident.
I appreciate Phillip and would recommend him to anyone.

We hired Mr. Herr after the relationship with the landlord turned sour.
