At the beginning of this I was very nervous about what was going on but then I spoke to someone and they explained the whole process and made arrangements and payments schedule and everything worked out perfectly Thank you Jenkins for your help in taking care of my issue

Several months ago my checking account was locked up and I was Hostage to my own money, it was on a credit card bill that had been written off 7 years ago they took about 80% of my money after I agreed to make monthly payments it's just a real shame that I did not get a phone call a letter and email no heads up no warning I was literally blindsided when I did talk to an individual on the phone and ask why, they said they didn't have access to my phone number or my email address but yet they can find my banking information with my routing number and my checking account number, so that makes no sense whatsoever, individuals like these literally go around and buy up old debt and then freeze your bank account hold you hostage until you finally agreed to sign the legal documents

I worked with Nancy on behalf of a family member. The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Proper documentation was provided showing the issue was properly and legally closed. I also appreciated the options presented to resolve the matter.

This group froze my account without any notice. They also took forty percent off my account. They will force you to make a payment plan. I don’t understand how lawyers and courts get away with this type of organized crime. I completely made all my payments to them and the end they want to give a free book keep your dam book. I would recommend to anybody that this happens to hire an attorney and fight for what is yours. Jenkins Law firm group only cares about the bottom dollar.

While it was not an ideal situation to be in the staff at Jenkins was great to work with . The communication was excellent and they were always willing to answer any questions I had . .

Five stars?! While the situation was unfavorable and so horribly timed, it was not anyone’s fault but my own, especially not Jenkins. Like the saying goes “it’s a rough job but somebody’s got to do it”. It’s the price of living in a 1st world country (or blessing since it could have actually been worst in other countries to be honest). Jenkins Court Receivers staff was more than professional, especially Nikki! They literally handled everything and were 100% transparent. Paid off my court ordered debt and was done. While I hope to never deal with them ever again lol, if I do, I know they will handle it just as well as this time!

Literally sick to my stomach. I saved up for 11 years for my kids college fund and they ripped it from a little 7 and 11 year old girl.. sick disgusting people. Never got a single phone call and when I did receive a letter I responded asking for payment plan and never got anything back. Crazy thing is on the letter the amount was like $3k less then amount they stole from my kids. Just wow!
