This company froze my accounts and then took everything I had in the accounts, even though I told them the information for my attorney. I called and ask for my refund, they said they mailed it, and I’ve yet to receive it. Each time I call or email, I get the same answer, that they mailed it. I want my money back and nobody seems to know anything now. I’ve left messages and I get no return calls, or I call and there is no answer. So frustrating to deal with this company!!

This started off as a difficult situation but I just received an email for termination of receivership. Everyone at Jenkins were very kind and willing to work with me. They were very easy to work with.

Life happens. I ignored an old bill and thought it was long gone.......Jenkins picked it up and my accounts were locked. 100% on me. The process they were about to walk me through was simple enough for me to understand. Fast forward 1.5 years and I was done. No judgments, garnishments, locked accounts or old lingering debt hanging over my head. Feels good to take that breath of fresh air. The staff was not only informative, but very communicative, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you to Jenkins for walking me through a difficult time!

Would leave zero starts if that were an option. Today these horrible people garnished my bank account on a supposed debt that I never received any notification on about being sued or any court information. Every single 1 star review is 100 percent accurate! The people have zero people skills, are rude and couldn’t or wouldn’t even tell me who the collection was for or why my funds were taken from me. They never called or mailed anything! I got their info from my bank after they stole all my money!
I checked my credit right after the call and have zero accounts in collections. So this makes zero sense and is absolutely illegal! I am currently looking for legal representation and have spoken to a few attorneys that informed me this is because I am going to sue! Taking everything out of my account, a single mother and right before rent is due without any type of contact or communication.
I have throughly read all the Texas laws regarding debt collections and everything that was done by this Jenkins is 100 percent illegal.
Texas attorney general has said wages can not be garnished , it is illegal and is a scam and needs to be reported! Which I just reported!

My debt issue, my problem. I did after all sign documents in February and although was on a payment plan with another company, after six months, stopped paying that payment plan. Fast forward two months later, my bank account was froze. I’ve never been in that predicament so imagine the horror waking up on a Friday morning to see my account. After a few phone calls, tears, anxiety through the roof, I spoke to a female named Mindie. She was that angelic voice on the other end that my high level stressed mind needed to hear! She was VERY helpful and calmed me down. She explained to me the exact procedure that needed to happen. Finally I felt a sense of relief and I could see the light at the end of my tunnel. The videos online also help calm me down before I made the phone call to Mindie. Videos were very helpful to someone who has never been in this predicament before so thank you for that! I was placed on a payment plan and now I hope the rest is smooth sailing as well.

I cannot be thankful enough for Mindy at Jenkins law Firm, PC. I ended my day with all of my accounts being wiped out and all assets frozen! In most cases I would freak out but life happens and I knew that this was a distraction as I am currently writing a tv series and writing two books!! ! I had several major surgeries and the suit fell by the wayside. By Monday morning, I had all of my money back and all of my accounts unfrozen with one phone call. Mindy and I had heart to heart and she assured me that she would help get my money refunded and she did. A resolution was made, problem solved and her customer service was above and beyond what I expected. After reading reviews, I had no idea what to expect but everything happens for a reason. Not ashamed...Thankful!

It is always difficult when you have financial and court issues, but I had the Pleasure of working with Nancy, she was very HELPFUL and UNDERSTANDING. The firm did everything they could to make this an easy process for me. It is outstanding when employees can do their job with respect and dignity, without making their clients feel bad for some of the situations they have gotten into.

The ladies at Jenkins Court Receivers are amazing, especially Nancy. She is very helpful, and courteous, explain everything in details. She is very patient with me regarding my husband frozen account issue. I ask lot and lots of questions , but she is very friendly and graceful. She goes above and beyond helping us out , and we are very thankful. This firm is willing to work with you , excellent customers service!

What a joke. They stole student loan money. I am way too exhausted to deal with this mess. I woke up to my bank account empty. I called my bank to figure out what was happening. They gave me the number to this scam of a law firm. When I called the number my bank gave me, the lady on the phone was extremely rude. To wrap it up, they took my student loan funds and now I can’t afford tuition.

Having my bank account frozen was very frustrating. The staff at Jenkins put me on a payment plan, it was easy and even moved my payment around when I needed. I finished my agreement and ready to move on.
