This is the only place I would go for a mediation. This was a difficult case that needed an experienced mediator. Mr. Julian was professional and cared about the outcome on both sides. He accomplished tough compromises to get the issues on the table, and placed into closure. He accomplished tasks that others would not be able to do. Additionally the staff was amazing, and the facility was excellent. If you need mediation, especially in a high profile case, this is your place!

Brett and his team under promised and over delivered. We were told from the get go that everything we had was hearsay and it would be a tough case to win. But because of Brett’s incredible knowledge and dedication, we did just that. We had right on our side but lacked the slam dunk proof. I literally have had six attorneys before I had brought Nelson and not one of them fought even half as hard as he did. Brett literally cares more about his clients being able to say that they were taken care of and fought for Than any attorney, I’ve seen thus far. He saw something In my case with another Attorney And took the case over with no questions asked and when I asked him why he took the case over he responded with “it’s my name on the door.” Implying to say “I absolutely. Nelson Law Group was not able to help me with my type of case, but Wais spent the time regardless with a phone call to give me general advice which was extremely helpful and generous of him.
