My divorce was handled efficiently. I received quick responses when reaching out and found all encounters to be professional. I would highly recommend them.

Went to this law firm back in December/January for a consultation on a family law modification since my lawyer had not done anything on my case in months. The front waiting room was freezing and uncomfortable, I suggest they get some space heaters and I'm sure it will suck equally in summer heat. I had an appointment but still ended up waiting for 20 mins before being called back. This was a very poorly run office. I sat down with an associate attorney and within the first 10 minutes, everyone from the office had barged in. I had somebody thinking I was a candidate there for an interview, somebody else coming to give messages and Mr. Julian to 'introduce' himself. The 2 minute conversation I had with Mr. Julian made me very uncomfortable and more like he was there to discredit my case than to show interest in a potential client. The meeting with the associate attorney went well, she seemed knowledgeable and capable. The caveat came to price. They wanted $3,500 up front (I was hoping for $2,500). I expected a retainer, but I asked if I could pay it increments (pre-pay in increments, not start on my case and pay as it went). I had the money to pay the retainer fully, but I did not want to stretch my finances (good thing I didn't because COVID-19 came along and I needed my savings). After speaking with the office manager, I got the OK to make payments towards the retainer and she would email me. She did not. A week went by and I followed up which received no response. Their unprofessionalism lost me as a client and I do not recommend them. This might be unfair towards their actual success in court, but if you can't treat potential clients with respect when you're trying to woo them into your office and get their money, then why on earth would you treat them any better when you already have their money? Same problem I ran into with my last lawyer. Good luck to everyone else. I hope you get/got better treatment than I did.

I went to the Julian firm needing help escaping an unsafe environment. They helped me navigate this most trying time of my life and made it as easy as possible. Today marked the end of the longest and worst year of my life. After 7 years, my ex wanted a divorce. I tried everything I could to work things out, mostly for the sake of our almost 6 yr old awesome little boy, but also because I truly loved her. I tried to be as amicable as possible, but she was hell bent on trying to take everything I had worked for all my life. And though I travel often for work, I like to think I am a great dad, who loves his son very much. But she was barely agreeable to Standard Possession, and at times even threatened to fight for me to only have limited time with my son. She got extremely out of hand, made wild accusations, and overly complicated every little thing. She initially used some online service to print up her own decree. After reading her draft, that was extremely weighted on her side, I decided I needed an attorney. That’s when the bad dream turned into the nightmare. She got angry that I didn’t just cave in, and she got an attorney as well. She had already been taking bad advice from her friends and family, but her attorney made it worse. Not because she was a good attorney, but because she was inexperienced, and NOT a family law attorney. They asked for things that were out of the norm, made demands for irrelevant information, filed for things that were out of order and unnecessary, etc.. If my ex had used an experienced family law attorney, at least they may have been able to keep a bad divorce from turning into the year long hell that this has been. I had asked a friend for the name of the attorney that he had used during his divorce and was given the name Jared Julian; the single best referral I have ever received. Jared consulted with me and made me feel confident in his experience and ability immediately. He and his associate Lindsey Wilson were guiding, counseling, and advising me every step of the way. Through the roughest hell I have ever been through, Jared and Lindsey gave me solace knowing I had the Julian Firm on my side. The entire staff that I worked with, Jennifer, Jennifer (or as I call them, Jennifer2), Chelsea, and Jasi. They all showed genuine care and understanding for what I was going through. It sounds odd to say, but theirs is the best service I have ever received, that I hope I never need again. I never wanted to get a divorce. When it became obvious that there was no hope of reconciliation, I was just hoping for it be fair and equitable. My ex made it so that I had to fight for that result. I don’t think anyone ever gets the outcome they’re hoping for in a divorce. I think the best you can hope for is that you’re left a chance to rebuild your life. I was given that chance. The financial part was worked as equitable as possible. But most importantly I was able to get the maximum amount of time with my son as possible. I hope that no decent man ever has to go through a painful divorce. But if you do, you will not find a better advocate than the Julian Firm.

Masterful! I walked in the door nervous, unsure and quite frankly, a little scared over my situation. False claims made against me, personal attacks, etc. I left their office and finally got a decent nights sleep feeling reassured and confidant knowing Mr. Julian and his staff had my back, understood my ordeal and that all would be well. Court date came, and when I left, things were right where they needed to be. Their attention to detail, resolve and calm was exactly what I needed. 5 stars simply isn't enough for these folks. Jared Julian is the most ethical lawyer I’ve ever met. He will be the first to tell you to try marriage counseling before divorce (unless your situation is far too harmful). He will settle amicably if you want, or he will be a bulldog in a trial. He’s extremely intelligent, but with his boots and jeans personality, there is nothing that describes him better than humble, ethical, down to earth and anything but pretentious. If you want somebody who will return your emails and calls and know your case inside and out, hire Jared. He knows my situation, and knows that for my sake/situation I have to wait before I file. I will be going directly to him. I wouldn’t choose anybody different and I work in this field!!! The Julian Firm cares about your case, and will stop at nothing to make sure you’re taken care of.
